Meet Melody

I wouldn't be the first to tell you that I have great local knowledge about Sonoma County, but I can qualify my knowledge by letting you know I am a Sonoma County native. My family ran a successful restaurant from the late 1940's until we all decided to pursue other interests. Mine just happened to be real estate.

I've been an investor in Sonoma County property for the past thirty years, and more recently I've been investing in out-of-state properties as well. Although I'm buying rental properties for myself, my real enjoyment is working with others to help them with their real estate needs, whether you're looking for income property, or buying and selling a personal home.

Although there have been many other awards that followed, the greatest recognition can be found in my clients' testimonials.

My clients also appreciate the efforts of my licensed real estate assistant, Amy Weggenmann. Together we form a dynamic team able to provide our clients with an exceptional level of service. She has also been instrumental in developing our staging services. Over the years I have collected a small warehouse of accessories and furniture which has helped to add ambiance to the properties we sell.
